Exercise daily – If you don’t do some kind of exercise on a daily basis than you need to start now. The problem you will face by not exercising on a daily basis is you will most likely gain weight twice as fast and you will also suffer from more back problems later on in life.
The final thing you need to understand about how to keep your lower back strong is that you need to think about what you are doing to your back on a daily basis. Most people don’t ever bother to think about what kind of stress they are doing to their body and this is why so many people have problems with their bodies at young ages. Just remember that your lower back is what holds together your body and without it you would have a difficult time functioning.
